Ri Kwang-hyok
Ri Kwang- Hyok (born 17 August 1987) is a North Korean football player.
Career
Ri has performed internationally as a player of the sports group Kyonggongop in appearance, the club of the Ministry of Light Industry.
The center-back won in 2006 with the North Korean U -20 U-19 Asian Cup in 2007 and took part in the U- 20 World Cup in Canada. There he formed together with Pak Nam- chol the Innenverteidigerduo failed, however, in the group stage to the eventual finalists Argentina and the Czech Republic. The Technical Report of FIFA Ri leads as one of the outstanding players of his team and describes him as " combative and aerially strong central defender [ with ] good positional play ."
As a result, operations in the North Korean Olympic team (U -23) joined, it was during qualifying for the Olympic football tournament in 2008 at the place, as they remained in the final qualifying round behind Australia and Iraq as well as in the East Asian Games in 2009, where you a medal rank just missed two penalty kicks in the semifinals and lost the 3rd place match.
At its debut in the North Korean national team Ri came to World Cup 2010 against Mongolia in the first qualifying round. In 2008, he played with a B team at the AFC Challenge Cup, missed there, but by a 0-1 defeat in the semifinals, the possible qualification for the Asian Cup 2011. In August 2009, he was one of the qualifying tournament for the East Asian Cup 2010 for North Korean squad, as you the third finals due to goal difference against Hong Kong missed. In 2010 he participated again with a B- selection at the AFC Challenge Cup in part and helped the North Korean national team by winning the competition for participation in the Asia Cup 2011. Ri was in Turniverlauf in all five games over the entire season on the court and met in the final in a penalty shoot-out against Turkmenistan as one of five North Korean players.
At the World Cup finals in South Africa in 2010 Ri was part of the North Korean squad, remained at Vorrundenaus but no use.
