Ri Sol-ju

Ri Sol -ju ( 리 설주 ,李雪 主or李雪 珠; * January 1985 to 1989 ) is the wife of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

The official North Korean news agency Korean Central News Agency ( KCNA ) announced on July 25, 2012 that Kim Jong-un Ri Sol -ju got married. The exact date of the wedding is not yet known. On her husband's side, they frequently made the extensive tours of inspection ( " on-site instructions " ) across North Korea and presented himself as the public.

Ri Sol -ju was before his marriage to Kim Jong-un singer and member of the Unhasu orchestra.

In October 2012 there was speculation about their person, as they no longer appeared in public at the side of Kim Jong-un. According to suspicions they should have been either killed or disciplined in disgrace, even over a possible pregnancy has been speculated. However, shortly thereafter joined Ri with her husband during an inspection at a military school in public again on. In December 2012, news agencies reported increases over a pregnancy of Ri Sol -ju. The former American basketball player Dennis Rodman first reported in March 2013 after a visit to North Korea in the international press that Ri Sol -ju gave birth to a healthy daughter.
