Ribeirão Preto is a city in the state of São Paulo in Brazil, with 584,000 inhabitants ( 2010), 313 kilometers north of the city of São Paulo.

She has become the largest sugar and alcohol producers in the world. The sugar cane plantations cover the entire district. Ribeirão Preto occupies a prominent position in the field of export of organic products.
