Ride the Sky

Ride the Sky was a German - Swedish power metal band that was founded in 2006 by Uli Kusch and Bjørn Jansson. The name is a title from the Helloween album, Walls of Jericho.

Band History

The foundation stone for the foundation of the band was determined by a meeting in early 2006 between Uli Kusch and Bjørn Jansson ( Tears of Anger). Kush was at the time a member of the master plan and had already played for Helloween and Gamma Ray. There was an exchange of musical ideas and Uli Kusch had left after the master plan in October, the two founded the Sky Ride. Was completed the band by guitarist Benny Jansson, bassist and keyboardist Kaspar Dahlqvist Mathias Garnas. In August 2007, published by Nuclear Blast debut album "New Protection". In autumn 2007 the band was with Sonata Arctica and Epica on tour.

In April 2008, the band announced their immediate resolution.
