Robert Yeoman

Robert David Yeoman ( born March 10, 1951 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American cinematographer.

Life

Robert David Yeoman was born in Philadelphia and grew up in a suburb of Chicago. He studied psychology at Duke University, where he received his Bachelor in 1973. He then studied at the film school of the University of Southern California camera beings. After graduating in 1979, he became assistant to the advertising filmmaker Joe Pytka and later assisted cinematographer Robby Müller, before he led his own responsibility in 1983 with Hero, an independent film directed by Alexandre Rockwell for the first time the camera in a feature film. Since then followed movies like Dogma, Yes Man and Bridesmaids.

For the author, filmmaker Wes Anderson, he stood for Bottle Rocket, Rushmore, The Royal Tenenbaums, The Life Aquatic, The Darjeeling Limited, the short film Hotel Chevalier and last Moonrise Kingdom behind the camera.
