Roderick Campbell

Roderick Campbell, also briefly Rod Campbell ( born June 15, 1953 in Edinburgh) is a Scottish politician and member of the Scottish National Party ( SNP).

Campbell attended the Reading School, the University of Exeter, the University of Glasgow and the University of Strathclyde. Here he obtained degrees in policy, management system and Jura. Campbell is qualified as a solicitor and since 2008 as an attorney.

First ran Campbell in the Scottish Parliament elections in 2007 for the constituency of North East Fife in national elections, but was after the Liberal Democrats Iain Smith and the candidate of the Conservative Party, Ted Brocklebank, combine only the third highest number of votes up and thus failed to reach the Scottish Parliament. In the parliamentary elections in 2011, he ran again and won thanks to clear voice gain the mandate of the constituency and has been Member of Parliament.
