Roland Hofer

Roland Hofer ( * June 24, 1990 in Sterzing ) is an Italian ice hockey player who is since 2011 in Peliitat in the Finnish Mestis under contract.

Career

Roland Hofer began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the junior department of the WSV Sterzing Broncos, for the seniors team, he was active in the Series A2 from 2006 to 2008. He then spent a year at the U20 Juniors of Finnish top clubs HIFK Helsinki. Then the defender was ever a year in the second Finnish league, the Mestis, for Vaasan Sport, HeKi and Peliitat on the ice.

Internationally

For Italy Hofer took at junior level at the U18 Junior B World Cup 2008, the U20 Junior C World Cup 2008 and the U20 Junior World Championships 2009 and B, 2010. In the senior level, he stood at the A- Championship 2012 in Ausgebot his country.
