Roman Catholic Diocese of Chascomús

The diocese Chascomús (Latin: Dioecesis Chascomusensis, Spanish: diócesis de Chascomús ) is a location in Argentina Roman Catholic diocese based in Chascomús.

History

The diocese Chascomús was built on March 27, 1980 Pope John Paul II to the Pontifical Bull universe dominicum gregem out of territory of the Archdiocese of La Plata and of the Diocese of Mar del Plata. It was the Archdiocese of La Plata is a suffragan.
