Roman Catholic Diocese of Kinkala

The diocese Kinkala (Latin: Dioecesis Kinkalanus ) is a location in the Republic of the Congo Roman Catholic diocese based in Kinkala. It includes the districts of: Boko, Mindouli, Kindamba, Mayama and Kinkala in the department of pool.

History

Pope John Paul II founded it with the Apostolic Constitution Ecclesia sancta on 3 October 1987 cession of territory of the Archdiocese of Brazzaville, where it was assumed as a suffragan.
