Roman Catholic Diocese of Motherwell

The Diocese of Motherwell (Latin: Dioecesis Matrisfontis ) based in Motherwell is a diocese of the Roman Catholic Church in Scotland.

It was built by the Apostolic Constitution maxim interest on 25 May 1947. The Diocese of Motherwell includes former territories of the Archdiocese of Glasgow and of the Diocese of Galloway. Episcopal church is the Cathedral of Our Lady of Good Aid.
