Roman Catholic Diocese of Nha Trang

The Diocese of Nha Trang (Latin: Dioecesis Nhatrangensis ) is a location in Vietnam Roman Catholic diocese based in Nha Trang.

History

Pope Pius XII. founded the Apostolic Vicariate of Nha Trang on July 5, 1957 on annexations of the Apostolic Vicariate of the Archdiocese Quinhon and Saigon.

With the Apostolic Constitution Venerabilium Nostrorum it was collected on 24 November 1960 bishopric. On 30 January 1975, lost part of its territory to the Diocese of Phan Thiet.
