Roman Catholic Diocese of Rajshahi

The Diocese of Rajshahi (Latin: Dioecesis Raishahiensis ) is a location in Bangladesh Roman Catholic diocese based in Rajshahi. It includes the municipalities of: Rajshahi, Notore, Pabna, Sirajgonj, Bogra, Chapai Nawabgonj, Naogaon and Joypurhat.

History

Pope John Paul II founded it with the Apostolic Constitution Quo aptius on May 21, 1990 as of territory of the Diocese of Dinajpur and it became the Archdiocese of Dhaka assumed as suffragan.
