The Diocese of San Isidro de El General (Latin: Sancti Isidori Dioecesis ) is a location in Costa Rica Roman Catholic diocese based in San Isidro de El General.

History

The Diocese of San Isidro de El General was born on August 19, 1954 by Pope Pius XII. fugit built with the Apostolic Constitution Neminem out of territory of the Archdiocese of San José de Costa Rica and the Diocese of Alajuela and the Archdiocese of San José de Costa Rica is a suffragan. On 17 April 1998, the Diocese of San Isidro de El General was part of its territory from the foundation of the built with the Apostolic Constitution Sacrorum Antistites Diocese of Puntarenas.
