The Diocese of Sivagangai (Latin: Dioecesis Sivagangaiensis ) is a located in India Roman Catholic diocese based in Sivaganga ( Sivagangai ).

History

The Diocese of Sivagangai was established on 3 July 1987 by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution Quae maiori out of territory of the Archdiocese of Madurai and this is a suffragan.

Territory

The diocese comprises the districts of Ramanathapuram and Sivagangai Sivaganga in Tamil Nadu.
