Roman Catholic Diocese of Udupi

The Diocese of Udupi (Latin: Dioecesis Udupiensis ) is a located in India Roman Catholic diocese based in Udupi. It comprises the district Udupi in Karnataka.

History

Pope Benedict XVI. founded it on 16 July 2012, cessions of territory of the Diocese of Mangalore. First local Ordinary is Gerald Isaac Lobo.
