Roman Catholic Diocese of Zacatecoluca

The diocese Zacatecoluca (Latin: Dioecesis Zacatecolucanus ) is a location in El Salvador Roman Catholic diocese based in Zacatecoluca. It includes the departments of La Paz and a small part of San Vicente.

History

Pope John Paul II founded on 5 May 1987 cession of territory of the Diocese of San Vicente and the Archdiocese of San Salvador was a suffragan.
