Roman Catholic Territorial Prelature of Lábrea

The Territorialprälatur Lábrea (Latin: Territorialis Praelatura Labreana ) is a located in Brazil Roman Catholic Territorialprälatur based in Lábrea in the state of Amazonas.

History

The Territorialprälatur Lábrea on May 1, 1925, Pope Pius XI. built out of territory of the Diocese of the Amazon and the Archdiocese of Belém do Pará assumed as suffragan. On February 16, 1952, the Territorialprälatur Lábrea was the Archdiocese of Manaus assumed as suffragan. The Territorialprälatur Lábrea was placed under the Archdiocese of Porto Velho as Suffragan on 4 October 1982.
