Rositsa Pekhlivanova

Rossiza Pechliwanowa ( Bulgarian Росица Пехливанова, English transcription Rosica Pekhlivanova, . Born January 31, 1955 in Sliven ) is a Bulgarian former middle distance runner.

In 1975, she won bronze respectively in the Indoor Athletics Championships in Katowice over 800 m and at the Universiade over 1500 m.

The following year, she won the 1500m bronze medal at the European Indoor Championships in Munich in 1976 and retired at the Olympic Games in Montreal from the inlet port.

In 1974 she became Bulgarian indoor champion in the 1500 m, 1975 m 800. She was also four times Bulgarian champion in cross country (1974, 1977, 1979, 1981).
