Ross County ( officially: Ross County Football Club ) is a professional football club based in Dingwall, Scotland.

History

The Ross County Football Club was founded in 1929. For a long time the club played in the Highland Football League, where he was champion three times. Nationally, the club was known especially for his Cup games where often higher class teams could be defeated.

In January 1994, Ross County was chosen along with Inverness CT in the Scottish league system, and started in the fourth division Third Division.
