Ruth Buzzi
Ruth Ann Buzzi ( born July 24, 1936 in Westerly, Rhode Iceland ) is an American actress.
Life
Buzzi, daughter of a sculptor, mt visited 17 years the Pasadena Playhouse and left it later with honors. The first years on the stage she was with singer Rudy Vallee go before she received the lead role in an off -Broadway revue. Then she made with Dom DeLuise is a comedy Magician pair and stood beside his own shows on in a number of television shows. In 1966 she again played on Broadway in " Sweet Charity ". Since the 1970s she has appeared in numerous television series and to hear her voice for animated series and commercials. About twenty movies offered her the opportunity to develop their comedic talent.
Her most famous performances happened in the TV show Rowan & Martin 's Laugh -in 1968-1973. In the latter year, she received a Golden Globe for it also.
