Sachie Ishizu

Sachie Ishizu (Japanese石津幸 恵, Sachie Ishizu; * September 3, 1992 in Tokyo ) is a Japanese tennis player.

Career

Ishizu, who prefers to play on hard court, in 2010 went to at the Summer Youth Olympic Games in Singapore and reached the women's doubles at the side of Emi Mutaguchi the quarterfinals.

At ITF tournaments she won so far eight singles titles and one doubles. In the main draw of a WTA tournament she stood for the first time at the HP Japan Women's Open Tennis in Osaka 2010. She lost her first round match against Samantha Stosur with 0:6 and 3:6.

Your greatest success on the WTA tour she celebrated 2014 in Auckland, when she defeated after successful qualification Anett Kontaveit and Julia Goerges and reached the quarter-finals.
