Saffron Burrows
Saffron Domini Burrows ( born October 22, 1972 in London) is a British actress.
Life and career
The daughter of socialist political activist was spotted by a talent scout as a model at the age of 15 years and worked successfully in England and France. A few years later, however, she turned to acting.
Burrows made his debut in 1993 in the film In the Name of the Father. Her first starring role she got in 1995 in Circle of Friends. Woody Allen chose from for his film celebrity, but fired it later with the dubious compliment, " not to be vulgar enough." This was followed by the computer game Wing Commander and filming the thriller Deep Blue Sea as well as smaller roles in Enigma, Frida and Troy. From 2007 to 2008 she was part of the cast of the television series Boston Legal.
Burrows had a relationship with director Mike Figgis and the actor Alan Cumming. It was also reported on a relationship with the actress Fiona Shaw. In 2012 she had her first child.
