Saint-Laurent (Montreal Metro)

Saint -Laurent is a metro station in Montreal. It is located in the Arrondissement Ville- Marie at the intersection of Boulevard De Maisonneuve and Rue Dominique. Building

Designed by the architectural firm Warren Brassard et station was built in an open design. In 9.1 meters deep, the platform level is with two side platforms. Twelve, designed by ceramist Claude Vermette panels with colored glazed bricks and different patterns liven up the otherwise plain appearance of the walls. From the distributor level from a short tunnel leads to the single input and output. As one of the few stations in the city center of Saint- Laurent is not integrated into neighboring buildings, but has an unobtrusive pavilion.

The distances to the neighboring stations, each station measured from end to beginning station, amount to 354.38 meters to Place-des -Arts and 336.80 meters to Berri -UQAM. There are two connections to bus routes and two night buses the Société de transport de Montréal. Other attractions in the area include several theaters and concert halls in the so-called Quartier des Spectacles.
