Salesh Kumar

Salesh Kumar (born 28 July 1981) is a Fijian football players.

He is the brother of Ronil Kumar, who is also active as a Fijian national football team.

His former position is the midfield. He began his career in 2002 at the Nadi FC, ​​a year later he became a national player of Fiji. His next stops were the Olympic team and the Ba FC. When the New Zealand club Waitakere United Kumar played in the New Zealand Football Championship. Even in his later clubs Central United and Auckland City FC he played in New Zealand. In 2009 he returned to Fiji and has performed since then for the Lautoka FC.

In qualifying for the FIFA World Cup 2010, he scored his first competitive goal against Vanuatu and Fiji pulled out a 2-0 victory.
