San Pedro de Quemes Municipality

The municipality of San Pedro de Quemes is a district in the Potosí Department in the highlands of South American Andes State of Bolivia.

San Pedro de Quemes is one of two Municipalities in the province of Nor Lípez and closes in the south to the Salar de Uyuni. It is bordered to the north by the province of Daniel Campos, on the west by the Republic of Chile, and on the south and east by the municipality of Colcha "K". It extends about 135 km from north to south and about 80 km in east-west direction.
