Sandra Dickinson

Sandra Dickinson ( born October 20, 1948 in Washington, DC) is an American actress, best known for her portrayal of Trillian in the TV adaptation of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Life

After her high school graduation in Bethesda Sandra Dickinson completed his acting studies at the Universities of Wisconsin and Boston. She moved to England in 1973, and had her first role in the British science fiction comedy The Final Programme. Then she played guest roles in various television series. In 1978 she married the British actor Peter Davison, who was to become known as a performer of Tristan Farnon in All Creatures Great and Small, and still later than the fifth performer of Doctor Who. Together they have a daughter, the actress Georgia Moffett.
