Sangu (also Chango, Isangu, Shango, Yisangou and Yisangu ) is a Bantu language and is spoken by approximately 20,900 members of the Masangu in Gabon ( census 2000).

It is distributed in the province Ngounié to Mimongo and Iboundji.

Classification

Barama is a Northwest Bantu language and is part of the Sira Group, which is classified as Guthrie Zone B40.
