Sanlam-Centre

The Sanlam Centre (English Sanlam Centre) is a building in downtown Windhoek, capital of Namibia. It is located on Independence Avenue in Windhoek - Central and is named after its principal tenant and project contracting, Sanlam International.

The Sanlam Centre in 1990, the year of the independence of Namibia, built, has 15 floors and a total of 28,000 m² of office space. The embassies of Germany, Iceland, Venezuela and the European Union have taken lodgings here, and the Embassy of the United States of America has with the American Cultural Center, a branch office in this house.
