Sarandi Grande is a city in Uruguay.
Geography
It is located in the Cuchilla de Maciel in the western part of the department of Florida in its sector 10 A few kilometers away lies south Pintado or in a northerly direction Punta de Maciel and Goñi.
History
The foundation of the town dates back to the year 1874. In 1906 Sarandi Grande was the term " pueblo " awarded. 1928 was the place of drinking water for the construction of an artesian well.
