Saša Ilić (footballer born 1970)

Saša Ilić ( Macedonian Саша Илиќ ) ( born September 5, 1970 in Skopje ) is a retired Macedonian goalkeeper.

Playing career

Ilić played during the 2003/04 season for Persepolis FC and then moved for the 2004/2005 season Esteghlal Ahvaz FC to. After that, he was from 2005 to 2007 for Pegah Gilan active. He had an impressive record at Pegah Gilan in the 2006/07 season, in which he got only 2 goals conceded in 19 games. Ilic's last game so far for the Macedonian national football team was in a 2-1 victory against the Iranian national football team on 11 November 2005.
