The river in Grenade
The Sava is a river in south-western France, extending in the Midi-Pyrénées region. It rises in the municipality of Lannemezan, on the same plateau of Lannemezan, drained generally in a northeasterly direction and ends after 143 kilometers with Grenade as a left tributary of the Garonne. On their way the Save crosses the departments of Hautes -Pyrénées, Haute -Garonne, Gers and touched just ahead of the mouth over a length of a few meters and the Tarn- et- Garonne.
