Saverdun

Saverdun ( Occitan Sabardu ) is a commune with 4531 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Ariège in the Midi -Pyrénées; it belongs to the district Pamiers and Canton Saverdun. The town lies on the River Ariege.
