The Samtgemeinde Schoeppenstedt is an administrative community of the following municipalities with the associated localities:

• City Schoeppenstedt ( seat of the velvet municipality ): Eitzum, Küblingen, Sambleben, Schoeppenstedt and Schliestedt
• Dahlum: Big and small Dahlum Dahlum
• Kneitlingen: Ampleben, Bansleben, Eilum and Kneitlingen
• Uehrde: Barnstorf, Warle, Watzum and Uehrde
• Vahlberg: Berklingen, large and small Vahlberg Vahlberg
• Winnigstedt: Winnigstedt and Mattierzoll

The Samtgemeinde Schoeppenstedt is located in the district of Wolfenbüttel, in Lower Saxony.

Merger with Samtgemeinde Aces
