The Samtgemeinde Schoeppenstedt is an administrative community of the following municipalities with the associated localities:
- City Schoeppenstedt ( seat of the velvet municipality ): Eitzum, Küblingen, Sambleben, Schoeppenstedt and Schliestedt
- Dahlum: Big and small Dahlum Dahlum
- Kneitlingen: Ampleben, Bansleben, Eilum and Kneitlingen
- Uehrde: Barnstorf, Warle, Watzum and Uehrde
- Vahlberg: Berklingen, large and small Vahlberg Vahlberg
- Winnigstedt: Winnigstedt and Mattierzoll
The Samtgemeinde Schoeppenstedt is located in the district of Wolfenbüttel, in Lower Saxony.

Merger with Samtgemeinde Aces
