Sélune

The Sélune is a river in France, which runs in the department of Manche, in the Basse -Normandie. It rises in the municipality of Saint- Cyr- du- Bailleul. The Sélune drains generally in a westerly direction and flows north-west of Pontaubault, in the Bay of Mont -Saint- Michel, in the English Channel after 85 kilometers. In the Wadden area, which is not actually counted the river, they still unites with the river Sée and forms the Chenal of Fleuves Sée et Sélune, which can only be seen at low tide.
