Reviews

" A stroke of genius, the decision to put the documentation at least on the image plane exclusively of archive material together proves. Although come multiple witnesses [ ... ] to speak, but they never appear in the image. In addition to a virtuoso assembly, it is not least this simple but effective trick that " Senna " almost like a fast-paced film can appear all of a piece. "

" Asif Kapadia approaches - sometimes quite glorifying - the myth of this extraordinary athlete [ ... ]. [ ... ] The documentary [ ... ] impressed with previously unreleased footage, numerous witnesses and racing colleagues accompany the fascinating and shocking pictures with comments from the off. "
