Serdar Özkan ( born January 1, 1987 in Düzce, Turkey) is a Turkish football player of Sanica Boru Elazığspor.

Serdar Özkan was taken with 16 years of his own youth in Beşiktaş under contract. Discoverer of this player was the then coach Mircea Lucescu. Although he had no experience as a professional soccer player, Lucescu took him to the training camp in Switzerland and nominated him for the games of the UEFA Champions League.
