Sergio Bustos ( born December 20, 1972 in Buenos Aires ) is a former Argentine footballer.

Career

Bustos came from Argentina Racing Club, for a million DM for 1.FC Nürnberg. The 19 -year-old was one of the most talented young players in Argentina. This talent he could ask the club rarely prove as coach Willi Entenmann considered him not fit for the Bundesliga. He graduated in two years in the Bundesliga eight games for the club, in the second year was the descent to the 2nd Bundesliga. Bustos remained a year in the second league, he played 19 games and scored three goals. After the season, he left Germany and played back for the Racing Club, then held positions at CA Platense and CA Chacarita Juniors. Bustos returned again back to Germany and played in the regional league one season for the Dresdner SC and FC Chemnitz. He then worked at CSD Defensa y Justicia, Deportivo Cuenca, La Plata Fútbol Club, CA Talleres and Club Atlético Brown.
