Club Atlético Platense

The CA Platense ( officially: Club Atlético Platense ) - known as Los Calamares, Tense and Marrón - is an Argentine sports club from Vicente López, a Partido from the Province of Buenos Aires in Buenos Aires Province, which is known primarily for its football department. The club colors are white and brown. As the stadium Estadio Ciudad de club serves the Vicente López, it can accommodate 31,000 spectators.

History

The club was founded on May 25, 1905 starred in the early years in various amateur leagues. In the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s Platense rose several times in the top flight and increased every few seasons back from the Primera División from.
