Serkan KurtuluÅŸ

Serkan Fatih Kurtuluş (* 1 January 1990 in Bursa, Turkey) is a Turkish football player.

Career

Kurtuluş began his career in 2000 in the youth of Bursaspor. He was promoted to the first team in 2006. In his first game, on 24 November 2006, against Beşiktaş Istanbul, he was the youngest player in the Süper Lig ever. However, this record no longer holds Serkan. In two years at Bursaspor he played as a right full-back 20 games without a goal. After the end of the season 2007/ 08 he was awarded a new contract.

Galatasaray signed him, due to many injuries of players on the right wing, on the last day of the transfer window in summer 2008.

For the 2012/13 season he was released from Galatasaray. Then he switched on the opening day of the season to the Brussels residents of Gençlerbirliği Ankara.

Private

His older brother Serdar Kurtuluş is also football player.
