Setsoto Local Municipality

Setsoto is a municipality in the district of Thabo Mofutsanyane, Free State Province, South Africa, based in Ficksburg. Mbothoma Solomon Maduna is the mayor.

The community name derives from the Sesotho and is called something like " The Wonderful " or " Astonishment ".

Villages in the municipality are: Hlohlolwane, Itumeleng, Khaphamali, Mandela Park, Marallaneng, Marquard, Marwaneng, Masaleng, Matikareng, Matwabeng, Meqheleng, Moemaneng, Mokodumela, Ntsharebone, Senekal, Slovo Park, Sunflower Park, Thethe and Vakazenzele.
