Shaibu Yakubu

Shaibu Yakubu ( born November 11, 1986 in Obuasi ) is a Ghanaian football player.

As of 2001, played for Yakubu Goldfields Obuasi. In 2007 he was part of the All- Star team in Ghana. In 2008 he moved for one year to Hacettepe SK to Ankara in Turkey, before moving in 2009 to Istanbul at Kartalspor. After a year at Kartalspor in which he scored 14 goals in 27 one of the most successful players in the second division season 2009/10, he left Turkey and played in turn for OFI Crete and Enosis Neon Paralimni.

In the summer of 2013 Yakubu returned to Turkey and signed up to the second division in 1461 Trabzon.
