Shantel

Stefan dumbbell ( born March 2, 1968 in Mannheim ) is a German musician, music producer and DJ who is known by the stage name Shantel. Life and work

Stefan barbell grandparents ( mother's side) came from the old Austrian Bukovina, they lived in Czernowitz. Shantel publications include the record label STUD! O K7. In 1991 he temporarily lived in Paris, where he studied graphic design, but was also active as a DJ. After his return to Germany, he opened a club in Frankfurt. In 1994 he founded together with Daniel Haaksman the label Essay Recordings, which they set dormant for several years after Haaksmans move to Berlin in 1998.
