Sidney Luft

Michael Sidney air, known as Sidney air and air Sid, ( born November 2, 1915 in New York City; † September 16, 2005 in Santa Monica, California ) was an American film producer.

Life

Sidney air was married from 1943 to 1950 to actress Lynn Bari, from 1952 to 1965 with Judy Garland, with whom he had children Lorna Luft and Joey air. He is the stepfather of Liza Minnelli. As a producer, he distinguished himself in two motion pictures. On the one of 1947 comedy Kilroy was here by Phil Karlson with the two former child star Jackie Cooper and Jackie Coogan in the lead roles, on the other hand George Cukor's popular Judy Garland vehicle A Star Is Born (A Star Is Born, 1954). In fourth marriage, he was married to actress Camille Keaton since 1993.
