Prehistory

Good Eleven years earlier, occupied the governor of the Spanish Netherlands, Alessandro Farnese, on August 8, 1586 after his successful siege of the fortress city of Moers with his troops and sat Colonel Sacchinus Camillo de Modiliana one as Governor.
