Sierra Wireless Voq

The Voq Professional Phone is a smart phone of the British electronics manufacturer Sierra Wireless. It is a Windows-powered smartphone, the 2003 SE works on the basis of the operating system Windows Mobile.

The Voq smartphone has a casing of 133 x 53 x 23 mm with a weight of 145 grams. The numeric keypad can be folded away laterally, so as to obtain a keyboard for fast typing of text messages.

The TFT display has a size of 2.2 inches, a resolution of 176x220 pixels at 65,536 colors. The smartphone has no photo features, making it suitable for corporate use - now allow some companies for fear of industrial espionage no photo suitable phones more on its premises. As an MP3 player it is only with a suitable adapter for 2.5mm audio jack; the sound is good and well suited the device thanks to the SD card slot as well as the bright, high-contrast display for playing music and videos.

The device has a lithium -polymer battery with a capacity of 1050 mAh for a standby time of 100 hours and a talk time of six hours.

The device is no longer sold by Sierra Wireless itself. It is possible to subsequently software, but this is limited by Microsoft certificate policy.
