Signe Trosten

Signe Trosten ( born March 30, 1970 in Tana ) is a former Norwegian biathlete.

Signe Trosten launched for Tana Idrettslag. It belonged since the late 1990s at the Norwegian national team. In the 1988/89 season they reached a sixth in a sprint in Ruhpolding one of their best World Cup results. Her biggest international success reached the Norwegian at the 1991 World Championships in Lahti, where they behind the missions of the Soviet Union and Bulgaria won at the side of Synnøve Thoresen, Hildegunn Fossen and Unni Kristiansen in the team race the bronze medal. For career highlight the Olympic Winter Games in 1992, where biathlon for women was first olympic. Trosten came in all three races to use.
