Sillery, Marne

Sillery is a commune with 1637 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Marne, in the Champagne -Ardenne region. It belongs to the district Reims and Canton Verzy.

The town is located 10 kilometers southeast of Reims. Here the Marne - Rhine Canal crosses the river Vesle. Northeast of the aerodrome Reims - Pruny is immediately adjacent to the municipality. Southwest of the village Autoroute A4 runs through the territory of the municipality. In Sillery is rail connection in the network of regional railway company TER Champagne- Ardenne. There is also a bus service to Reims.
