Silvio Soldini

Silvio Soldini ( born August 1, 1958 in Milan ) is an Italian- Swiss director.

Soldini, a brother of the famous Italian sailor Giovanni Soldini one-handed, studied at the New York University Film and delivered in 1982 with the short film Drimage his first work from. Shortly thereafter, he returned to Milan, where he worked as a translator and assistant director.
