Slatina nad Úpou

Slatina nad Úpou is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located on the right bank of the river Upa and belongs to Okres Náchod.

History

The oldest city of the municipality is Boušín, which is founded in the second half of the 12th century and was first mentioned in 1350. The village of Slatina was first written records in 1545. The epithet nad Úpou is used since 1904.

Community structure

The municipality consists of the villages Hořičky Boušín ( Bauschin ) Končiny ( Kontschin ) and Slatina nad Úpou ( Slatina ).
