As the inventor of the "modern" snow golf, the British novelist and Nobel laureate Rudyard Kipling is named. Kipling wrote his famous Jungle Book in the cold New England (USA ) around the turn of the century and relaxed in the beloved golf training, although the snow did not permit normal golf.
